For those who have not seen the movie "Thank you for Smoking", it is an interesting little movie.
Lexington used to have 6 million sqft of tobacco warehouses. Nearly all are gone now. RJR moved out of town 15 years ago and many of the tobacco farmers are being paid NOT to grow tobacco. We try to get the Feds to let them grow Hemp for fuel but apparently it looks like pot and they don't like being confused.
