Looks like pie is winning, but i love both. Had a pie today that nearly blew my mind and it was italian made with beef and tomato/onion/short crust pastry Ummmmmmmmmmmm.

One of My favs that I make is the upside down pineaple cake or upside down orange cake theses are Favs because there is nothing I hate more than a dry bland cake.
I'll have to do that. Mine might be a bit different I don't use brewed espresso I use ground espresso so you don't want to eat it late or you might be in a bit of trouble getting to sleep. And, I agree cake has to be moist.

I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way.

After reading the thread again, it looks like a run to Missy's pie shop tonight to decide. There is both the Chocolate Cream Pie which is their signature and the more Southern Lemon Icebox Pie, while a bit early in the season, sounds perfect about right now. And I get my keys back to drive again tonight.
