The first time since Iowa Obama has dropped the 'preacher's' tone. It serves him well to drop it, as he does not need the added melody, it only distracts from the lyric.
I heard the speech on c-span and it was his usual, from before the votes started to be tallied, a higher level than politicians are accustomed to give. If he can stick to the method he can take the next step.
Have you ever been at a black church? I mean a church in inner city no white man's land kind of place? Does that mean that every attendee is a racist when pastors refer to whity as the Man, the oppressor etc? Fuk, most of it is true and don't tell me that we're angels.

Does an antendee of a church that is racist make him racist?, not if its a one time occurrence but if its over a span of over 20 fucking years it does. Can you imagine for a second the backlash over a white Pastor giving a similar speach about black people?. This is nothing compared to that. Obama sitting up there telling us his Pastor is still a good man despite all this crap is apallling!. Notice that massive amounts of black new reporters lately?. Remember what happened to Imus?, remember OJ?, remember almost every black person in the USA jumping for joy when OJ was aquitted even though he fucking MURDERED his ex and her friend?. EVERYTHING has been swinging towards the blacks for a long time now, Obama just opened up a can of worms and its gonna remind people about the whole black/white situation all over again. The negro college funds, the BET network the damn rappers, the whole fucking enchilada. This whole thing became racist when Oprah backed the fucker.

But it is important to remember that it was a campaign speech, not a policy proposal to do anything about racial politics. The Clintons have been trying to get him into the "black identity" since South Carolina and it may have finally worked. Notice how quiet they have been this week? He will certainly have the Rev around his neck through the convention period. But still there is not a whit of difference between the OboClints on what they want to do to our country.
Unresolved segment: Will it be safe to stay in Denver area during the Gimmiecrat Convention?
