That's a 560SEL alright, that big mama is closing on 300K miles and still drives like a new limo. I love the suspension on power on that car.
So far my impression of the 190 is that it is zippy and can hold its own on the highway. I drove it from Northern Virginian going through the DC beltway, then 95 north and in stop n' go traffic in Baltimore and it did just fine. I did notice a slight increase in the temp gage as I was stuck in traffic. The 560SEL's temp gage on the other hand is very stable in all conditions and all weathers, it's just an amazing machine.

Thanks dude, I got this jewel for $875.00 and it's working. It needs some TLC here and there but nothing I can't handle or have to worry about as if it's an emergency.
The car was owned by a diplomat leaving the country by tomorrow. Today he was in Baltimore and shipped his other 190E but wouldn't ship this one because his quota for free shipping by his government is one car. He took a taxi from the port and went to my house, we then went to his in Northern Virginia to pick up the car. It was on Craigslist last Sunday and I was the first one to call among many but these people were honest and stuck to their promise so I got it even though they were offered cash on the spot before I even showed up. It's good to have faith in people once in a while

Mercedes 190E is certified 99.44% copper free. It should be safe!
