100% absolutely true
It's all up to Israel if we should pull back from Iraq. Do you think Israel wants us out off there? No to the millionth degree
The day we divorce that bitch is the day we truly can assess a threat in an independent way and look out for our interests with honesty. Right now she's got lawyers and pimps that would rat on any of our politicians should they thing of growing some balls.
Obama is no different and he will be forced to back down or else. I wouldn't be surprised that he will hint to this before he is even gets to the final days before general elections.

Stop relinquishing the controls of our Government to the terrorists! Please! You are putting us all in danger of constantly letting Al-Qaeda's perceptions of our actions determine your viewpoint. Stop and think for yourself once in a while, especially when it is important. Jim
It is mindless liberal drivel like that that got us this...

Obama has already moved to a 16 month timetable for starting withdrawal.

Regardless how the candidates pander, they are stuck observing the permanent interests of our country over the desires of their party.

Are you sure? Don't you think from the looks of it as observed throughout the years that it's more like Israel's interests that we tend to first?

I think bottomline1 has a point. No one with anything less than first hand knowledge of the entire situation could imagine the United States ever being in a situation that is so grim there are no reasonable paths forward. So, it might take some time, but, while those guys are dancing in the street we should see what we can get them to agree to, or not, and base our strategy going forward on what is best for America. Best is not grinding our military down to a fatigue level where they cannot defend us from real threats to our country, or bankrupting our nation while our internal infrastructure and educational needs are left to ruin. America first, not just the bottom line. Jim
