It's not the guys that I have a problem with it's the unwanted females that just don't seems to want to like realize that....oh hello it's monday and the host ummmm has got to leave and go to work again (real world kicks back in)

I start theses little events on Thursday evening and kinda like to wrap em up by sunday noon.... I have a hugh back yard so I tell em set up a tent and I rent a Johnny on the Spot and yea..... the fun begins both neighbors on my sides are major partiers so they are no problem and I do not even come close to what they do... Shit Thats like Okeee I set up a good music system.... They both get live music so keep up with the jone's I have failed big time...

Damn I did not even shovel my freaking driveway at all this winter and they both have theirs done for them along with the sidewalks...me? I got a warning notice from the town about keep sidewalks clear!

Winter warning Notice.......... I knew it was still here somewhere, you get this along with a hand writen note left on the front door that basicly said "you must clear your front side walk and keep them clear at all times"

Then it just runs on about the reasons that you should do this and a few other things...... my side walk is clear now.... the sun came out and did it for me!

I need to find a new place where who gives a S$#@ if you even have a sidewalk?

The vinegar and soy discolor the meat initially but help with the searing. I bet if he flipped it over you'd start drooling.

Another great "cheap meat" recipe is arrecharas from the flank of the beef.

***STRICT WARNING*** DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPLICATE THE FLAVORS OF THIS MARINADE AT HOME***** Trust me, you'll fail miserably. Go to your nearest Mexican market and tell them, "prestame cinco libres de arracheres, pinche baboso". They'll know.

Oh yeah I had my doubt at first, However after it seared and I flipped it over it was totaly awesome and the smell of it cooking was out of this world....

Remember it had Wine and Soy Sauce soaked into it when it was done the only complaint was "Well you should have made more"........ This Friday I think I will try it again with a different Marinate

^ Try coarse salt, olive oil, and lime juice - but not for long. A few hours tops. Don't measure - use your imagination. Food of love.

Will the coarse Mediterranean Sea Salt work? As for measure I really don't measure you know with the spoons and measuring cups because I hate doing the dishes after and thats just more to wash .... That looks like one to try simple and can be done on moments notice....
