I'd be interested in seeing an expanded version of perception including say, gambling, various insurance issues, global warming issues, etc. In my experience, people do a pretty poor job of risk analysis, which is why lottery tickets sell, people go to casinos, insurance makes money, etc. The graphs above are not at all outside of the norm -- it is the norm.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.
