Why isn't there a mildly-sweetened dark chocolate bar with almonds and dried cranberries inside?

I mix them in my mouth, and it's the best combination of tastes/textures EVER!!

Silky, semi-sweet chocolate, crunchy, salty almonds, tart, chewy cranberries.

Mmmmmm Chocolate! yes there are some good american ones you just have to avoid the "Milk Chocolate" ones and the common candy bar stuff.

Because that stuff is high in coca butter stuff that is like a Wax that helps keep it to the molded shape and causes it to turn hard very quickly on the high speed production lines.... End results is shit assed tasting chocolate candy.

Ghirardelli makes some very good stuff... try the Intense Dark its good but still a little high on the wax side (Cocca butter).

Chocolate from the Swiss is over-rated now when it use to be very good however now they have to meet high demands so quality drops.

It is in the way they mill and how fine that they mill the Chocolate that has direct affect on the flavor along with the fermentation of the seeds then roasting em.

Formmer Cocca addict
