F'n DC trash sitting in our Inner Harbor tricking innocent people with the old 'artist taping reactions to a moving box' scam. Good ol' Ribi sniffed that out and sent him packing back to, no doubt, his Capitol Hill, Larry Craig hugging love nest.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Yeah dats righ... get em DC people outa here
On a serious note, the cops in Baltimore are incompetent. I have had a running similar to that one when I showed up in front of my neighbor's house to write down the license plate of a car that crashed into her fence and landed in the yard. The fuking cop got outraged that I was writing the license number, I kid you not! She threatened to arrest me and another cop showed up to back her up. By the way, the Baltimore police did not notify the homeowner of the accident and left her hanging until I managed to call her and give her the details but her insurance company could not do a thing without a police report.
I guess their mission statement should be adjusted to "We are here to screw you"
