For instance, look at how the Clintons just changed their tune on the 'illegal' (early) primaries in FL and MI once they fell behind in the delegate count. Now they want to change the rules they had already agreed to. In some quarters that's known as cheating.

Julian Bond came out and claimed in her favor that it's a civil-rights issue.

So much for whatever respect I once had for Julian Bond...

Hawaii is also voting but according to CNN's Election Center Election Center 2008 - Election & Politics News from CNN.com in the primary calendar is shows Wisconsin and Washington for both the Dems and Republicans. Then when I go to "state by state" is shows Washington already won by Obama. Somebody got a problem with their Database. I love accuracy. There are exactly 102 variables [if you don't count samoa, etc]. How can they screw that small of a DB up?

So it would be nice if they would note the differences between the caucuses and the primaries [and why there are both]. I think that might add to the variables.

Since the Democratic Party is a private organization and everyone agreed to the rules last May, I think she is going to have a hard time suing for relief on this one. She signed off on it, Florida and Michigan signed off on it, now they just have to accept it.

Humorous part would be if they get one of the very Conservative Judges who might be somewhat against Cllinton. [you know, the reverse of 2000]

NPR's primary map is working better.

About half of the delegates for WA appear to have been chosen in the caucus. The rest next Tuesday.

Except that said judge might be even more opposed to Barack and even more to the point, might realize that Hillary's sky-high negatives make her more vulnerable in November than Barack might be. Idle speculation of course, but whoever had great power that didn't get drunk on it?

Aside from Hadrian and Marcus Aurelius of course.

Did somebody say polls?

RealClearPolitics - Opinion, News, Analysis, Videos and Polls

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and thatís what I intend to reverse.
