Way to go, Marsden!

That is how Congress gets filled with party hacks and party slaves -- making "safe" districts means that the representative doesn't have to address the perceptions and beliefs of the opposing party -- she just ignores the craven bastards.

Multiply that by 435 and you have a dysfunctional whining pile of crap under a dome.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and thatís what I intend to reverse.

~ Senator Barack H. Obama

Great maps.

I understand that Gerrymandering started out as a good idea, it ran so far amuck that I don't see how it can come back in line.

I like Murtha's 12th District in PA. It has such an interesting look to it.

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.
