Anyone that has repair issues with there credit should contact a credible attorney that specializes in credit repair and or accuracy. Contact your state bar to find an attorney if you don't know one.

Please stay away form so called credit repair agencies that claim to assist with debt problems. This can be reported to the bureaus just like bad debt.
So the question becomes, how do you sort out the credit bureau's list of queries when you don't buy a car but Mr Salesboy feels compelled to help himself by running a query on your name anyway?

Being smart is knowing the difference, in a sticky situation between a well delivered anecdote and a well delivered antidote - bear.

^^^^ you have to be very frank with these shit heads. Remember, they can't run your credit if you don't provide any information.

If you fill out an application, order form or service log you are subject. So awareness is the answer.

Bottom line, acknowledge you are concerned with their practice of credit inquiry practice.
