You don't want mama bear on here. She takes somewhat after her mother who, until she got sick was on the national boards for both CASA and Habitat for Humanity from the early 80s until 2003 and was also one of the founders of God's Pantry.

And she types quicker than me.

Since we are talking house hunting. I am being relocated to Nova Scotia to work on a project for a couple of years. Here is one in upstate South Carolina that either I, or the relocation company, will be selling.
