Could we make use of my cessna? I am good at low altitudes. Just pitch in for the Av-Gas and were good to go.

that cessna would do just perfect....a flaming dookie drop from 200 feet woule make a nice mess on their skylights, hopefully it hits that maingy dog too...lol

Sounds feasible, need more background on routes,payloads etc. As for the Dog, can't do that. Lifetime member of the ASPCA.
