As long as the deals are rolling in, it's easier to appreciate the other things that matter to us.

I'll drink a bourbon to your happiness.

You used to drink Bergen, too.

I agree although I've taken a huge financial hit last year with my insane new venture and even if I did want to sell off some property, nobodies buying. The house is relatively calm, my wife, kid ,dogs and cat love me (not too sure about the cat. What else is there really?
Oh, and my perennial student wife is now going to Phlebotomy(sp) school. Shit you not.

I don't know if life is good today but I almost became part owner of five stores and the building they occupy. I backed out of the deal tonight when I got the repair list for that POS.
Anyway the deal right now was to collect $150K as part of the purchase should our group win the auction tomorrow. I however kept my option open to jump in if the hammer price is lower than what we calculated for ROI of 9%. This means I am going to chill my ass down and let them commit, see if they win the bid then I come in if the price is right. There was no way I would front my money as a deposit for the auction, I was not born yesterday and never smoked mushrooms. Maybe I should
