Since you can't stay focused on finance and have moved on to immigration , your link show me little more than a big list of third world countries who's lost soul are on the run, why would I weep. In twenty five years in Europe and twenty years in NZ / South east Asia I've known no one who has immigrated to the states, worked there yes (even my friend that runs a big chunk of JPL still holds his NZ passport. I guess what you are trying to say is America attracts the dregs of the 3rd world , and America's dregs are attracted to the third world ?
