If you circumregulate the axis by 15 percent with an additional 2 percent for wind resistance, the equation figures at 1010 x 15 / 2 + c>2.64. That said, the curricular deitrum, (assuming the Chaiben Reflex Law is used) would put the figure more accurately as 1010.003 x 14.7 / 1.8 + c>2.64.3.

Those are laboratory condition results, observations during riots have shown a deviation to the axis circumregulation in the 3% delta. This forces your equation to account for the differential over an oscillating Chaiben Second Law that takes into account damping rather than Reflex.
