Luxembourg. All the big ones are there, you can have your account in any currency you wish, and there is less scrutiny.

Feel The Love Enterprises offers American bank accounts for foreign depositers. Our Money Market accounts are backed up by 100% Nigerian Government Bonds, which deliver an astounding 200% interest! Simply send to us your initial 15,000 USD deposit, and we will set up your web account!

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

Luxembourg is one choice but I found the charges per trade are excessive compared to Singapore and HongKong. Many worthy and respectable banks and traders in both places that enable you to trade on-line with minimum charges.

^ Good to know that if there's a system which one needs to subvert, you've probably done it.

Can you people not read? He's asking about a U.S. account, not European.

Boss,I think you need a social security number before you can open an account in the U.S. You can apply for one of those 'not valid for employment'. Contact your nearest U.S. embassy for advice on that, then email your chosen bank for an application.

Hey Dope, don't be so dopey...........

All of the countries Teutone and I listed above are places you do the samething you can with a US trading account with less scrutiny from the US govt. and IRS. The same major brokerage firms in the US have offices in HK. Singapore is a little more restrictive in letting the majors open offices there in the past but the doors for those firms should open this year. In the mean time DBS Securities (DBS is owned and secured by the Singapore govt) can meet all the trading needs anyone desires.
