Have you ever changed your mind about an issue? You assume an ulterior motive when Romney does it, but it's okay for you? I've seen his "attack" ads and they are no more than a statement of facts regarding opponent records. His Olympic experience is important because it is of major pro-US, international importance. I remember thinking that the Winter Olympics would not happen that year, but Romney came from out of nowhere and quite literally saved the day--and the US Winter Olympics. Regarding the Big Dig: I believe that was a project started in the 1950's and not finished until Governor Romney came into office and once again "got the job done!"
So you call an obviously craven political calculation to win votes "changing his mind"? I think that and the obviously provable blantant lies this man told on gun ownership, marching with MLK, and his amazing assertion that "his daughter made him change his mind" on abortion show this man to be a gut wrenching disgusting shit fucking liar, but hey, so is your pal Bush. He's all yours. Obama will chew him up and spit him out like your old lady after a blow job.
Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.
-President Barack Obama, 1st Inaugural address
