Well, they certainly can't change the rules they've already agreed to when selling digital music. They're just looking for a way out of the mess they created when they thought it was okay for the record industry to produce an album of 10 to 12 songs and only 2 are hits, but still charge you 15.99 for the CD. What's that? $8.00 a song?
