Hey, some of us use real sources and ALWAYS have proof. Gotta hate that.

By the way, moveon is NOT a source or reference, it is an left leaned aggregate.

Maybe you can tell us which newspapers don't have an agenda, or lean to the left much like the Tower of Pisa?

That doesn't alter the fact that some here try and use it as an unimpeachable source.....

Yeah, Bruce we all know your source.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

First, to clarify, it depends on where you are standing as to which way the Tower of Pisa is perceived to be leaning.

As for which newspapers don't have an agenda, I know many folks that get their AMERICAN news from Financial Times, Times of London and BBC. Those perspectives tend to take the political edge off the reporting and dampen the agenda greatly. I also don't know very many people who read less than five or six daily news sources just so they are able to get a variety of information instead of a myopic view.

So, maybe I just assume that everyone reads/listens to/watches a diverse selection of news and commentary to form their opinions that makes me so surprised and incensed when I see folks limiting themselves to talk radio, fox and Washington Times because those sources tend to "agree" with their view of the world.

Let's see Boston Globe, New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, four news papers with wildly differing points of view, if I understand what you're saying correctly.
You make it sound very plausable, and yet, I tend to feel something isn't quite right somehow.....
Oh, wasn't it the BBC that had it's head end staff fired because of a serious left handed slant on the news not that long ago? No bias there, none at all......

Bruce,
Then what source you used to tell us tax cuts actually help the economy? I am still waiting for that proof I asked two days ago. I cannot imagine you come up with that answer without a hint of outside source. I would like to give you credit for that, but you really are not that smart.

Regardless how you debate/argue, you are only repeating someone's else idea. At the end of the day, the winner wins only with bigger pile of shit. No more, no less.

NPR is popular with the left (and with me, but that's another story).

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.
