It's not gone, you just have to vote Democratic to get it back. It's been nursing a hangover for the past few years. Compassion got hooked up with Conservative in some weird marketing blitz and once the honeymoon wore off [and after watching Shock and Awe] Compassion found it really wasn't part of the plan [neither was Conservative but it's just trying to find it's pants] so it went away, waiting until it was wanted.
