As if the government could be so efficient to get a job like that done. That money would have been wasted on bureaucracy.

Given that public transportation is typically applied to just urban centers and to a lesser extent, the 'burbs, I don't think that's a valid point. This is simply a matter of the political will to step up and get'r done

Last I checked the fuel here was like $3.70. BUT since I just sold the Merc. I do not have to worry about it.

TAXI's are much cheaper.
