Books as Christmas Gifts

I'm wondering if anyone has favorite books (nothing "current", if possible) that they feel should be part of one's lives - as possible gifts for Christmas.

Stuff I've sent before includes "Tuesday's With Morrie", "The Richest Man in Babylon", and some business books like "Built to Last" and "Good to Great".

I put "The Dangerous Book for Boys" on my son's list, because it looked like it'd be a cool book for him to have for a long time. Our UK friends may know much more about this book.

Doesn't have to be sappy, or business related - the more the better. Bring 'em.

Gulliver's Travels- Jonathan Swift

Robinson Crusoe-Daniel Defoe

The original unabridged versions, not the compromised edited versions that you may have read in skool.

The richest man in Babylon is must reading. I love Brian Tracy's Maximum Achievement & Andrew Wood, Making it big in America (cheesy title but good).

As for Mitch Album. He is a fucking moron. This all knowing assbag has an obsession with death. He sucked as a sports writer and sucks bigger as a novelist but what the hell people are buying his shit. I guess it's marketed well. IMO.
