Jlevi StreetWerks, LLC is proud to announce that we are once again hiring.
This new position will be in our expanding Order Operations department, aiding us in providing quality customer service to meet our ever-growing needs. This employee will be responsible for processing and generating shipments, monitoring order progress, and numerous other clerical/administrative responsibilities.
This will be a part time position, 5 days a week with the potential to become a full time position depending on performance and necessity. Hours are to be determined.
-Located in the Bay Area, able to work in or around Santa Clara County
-Proficiency with computers, software, and other administrative tools (Such as Excel & Adobe Acrobat)
-Comfortable and natural on the phone - articulate and personable when speaking to customers or suppliers
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Initiative to go above and beyond what is asked to ensure that things are done effectively and efficiently
-Some experience in a clerical position is required
-Available for at least 2-3 hours daily, with flexibility to add hours. Full or Part time students are welcome, provided they will be able to manage the workload
-Intent to stay in the position for the foreseeable future. We are interested in training an employee and keeping them with the company as we grow and expand
-This is a clerical position, however book keeping and warehouse management skills are a plus!
We are looking to make a selection by the end of the year, and hope to have a new employee by early January.
