I believe you have a Kama clone of the Yanmar Diesel generator set. It seems Yanmar has sued Kama for selling clones with a label plate that looks just like the Yanmar product label plate. It is possible in response to this suit, the distributor or even Kama has taken the label plate off. Kama is a Chinese company also known as NanChang KAMA Diesel Engine Co.

Anyway, search around for a Yanmar machine of that rating, or even a Kama machine if you can find it. Good luck, Jim

PS: You should see a manufacturers label on the engine and the generator and the controls. There should be serial numbers and rating information on those items.

Turns out the fuel pump was frozen up. I took it out, and worked all of the parts loose by hand, and it started pushing air while it was out. I put it back in, cracked the fuel line to the injector, cranked until fuel came out, tightened it down, and it fired right up. Just in time too, I finished it an hour before sundown, and when i woke up in the morning, the power was out from a storm!!

Thanks a lot to everyone who helped!!

I just finished composing this long post as to how to troubleshoot your problem (I have worked on these before) but decided to finish reading the whole thread first.

Put it in a BIG box and send it to me I'll get it running Engines like that are easy once you know what make em tick.....

If it has been sitting for a long time check the fuel filter make sure you have fuel on both sides of it then if fuel there go to the next point in the fuel line that you can open and make sure there is fuel there.... then at the pump itself make sure that fuel is present there, if so move on to the next place is many times there is a strainer screen at the inlet side of the pump those can become crudded up and prevent the flow of fuel into the pump itself.
If fuel is all the way to the pump crack loose the injector line at the pump and see if fuel comes out of it there and if not the pump may be restricted somewhere inside DON"T take the pump apart! put some injector cleaner in the fuel sometimes this will break loose the varnish. if the pump puts out presure in the injector lines crack open the line at the injector itself see if there is presurized fuel at that point if there is the injector may stuck and many times you can free those up by removing em and soaking them in injector cleaner for a few days.

Well thanks anyway nobby. What your post would have needed to say to get it to start, was take out the fuel pump and try to work it by hand until it unfreezes, then you'll be all set!! Lol.

Thanks for taking the time to post an answer MBLR, but if you go up about 4 threads, you'll see that I already have the genset running. But thanks for your advice.
