Do you talk to your dog?

You know you do.

What do you say?

Does he pay attention?

I talk to my cat.

And she responds.

Sometimes.

The best one was when I was singing "I love Paris" and she singed with me.

Wish I had my camcorder near by.

She refuses to do it now, no matter what.

There's quite a lot that the dog understands...Goldens seem to be a particularly emotive and understanding breed.

My dog regularly answers simple yes or no questions -- provided he understands them, of course.

Of course I talk to my dog...

"Good Fugi."
"Eat your dinner."
"Go for a ride?"
"Do you want to go outside?"
"Go for a walk?"

"Stop humping my date's leg! I like her too. Good boy."

I do talk to my dog every day, I think he is the only one who understands me. But the problem is that he is a CHINESE Sharpei so I can't understand what he is saying.
