And therefore he is responsible for everything wrong w/ the United States of America--and the whole world in your opinion, I am sure...
Possibly, but at the very least he is responsible for the actions, and the consequences of those actions, he directs as the CiC, or Decider or whatever he calls himself at the moment. In the context of this thread, he, and you chant the same empty chant, constantly accuses the Democrats of not supporting the troops and claims he is supporting the troops. Well, his actions are causing tens of thousands of them to be injured and maimed, requiring medical attention when they return to America from where he sent them in harm's way, and he didn't do anything to prepare the infrastructure at the military's facility for providing such services. In fact, he didn't even pay it or them any attention for at least 4 years. Until it was thrown in his face by the news media.
Walter Reed Hospital is not some national historical shrine that gets a budget to maintain itself in museum like condition waiting for customers. Like any facility that has busy times and not so busy times, it was decided by someone, and that decision was endorsed by several administrators put in the facility to run it for their three year stint on the way to being promoted until they had to retire, to close down sections of the place to save money. Reopening them for business was not planned for or provided for, apparently, and when all the rich people got their tax breaks there just wasn't money in the federal budget for infrastructure expenses. Because Bush didn't make it a priority. Like he didn't make planning a priority.
Bush's fault. Not everything, but those things that are consequences of his decisions are his responsibility. Period. Jim
