OTOH, in the absence of females, the same young bull might not hesitate to mount another male.

That addresses only half the "problem" GS, and it is that other male getting tagged in the shitter that has to be cooperative, and there is no way a young bull is going to offer up his ass out of sympathy for the building bag pressure of his next door neighbor. Jim
