Thats already happening here, I went to now what is known as the $5 Dollar store. Where it used to be $1. And honestly wow $5 is the new way of saving money. The average working Joe, earns btwn $7.50 to $15 an hour before taxes, and now for every $5 purchase they have to work and hour or so for that one product. Those #'s Jay keeps posting aren't realized by many many everyday people of whom must struggle to get buy. I'm happy I'm not having kids these days, hopefully it will change but this isn't the norm.

Cool No More Oil, good night folks!

OK here goes,

My first job out of collage was in IT for the largest oil company in the world.

That company had a new exploration system that would tell EXACTLY where, and how much oil was in the earth.

For 2 years we reprocessed all data with this new system, and provided this company with a map of the surface of the earth that told where every drop of oil was.

At that time, at current consumption rates, assuming all oil COULD BE extracted they estimated that there was a 60 year supply IN THE GROUND. They cancelled all new refineries and pipe-lines as there would not be enough oil to cost justify the expense.

The year was 1977.

We will see $7.00US a gallon within 4 years.

This is why I want my new Benz to run on H2O.

The finest example of automobile engineering in the world
Floats like a CADI
Stings like a BMR
Stingy as a Prius
and.... all Mercedes Benz.
