His conduct as demonstrated in the video was absolutely appropriate, even restrained.

The reason for the detainment is beyond the bounds of both the video and my commentary, which is limited to the girl's inappropriate behavior and instigation of a physical altercation with the officer. Bite a cop, and a battery arrest will ensue, I'll almost guarantee it. Once he was physically attacked, I believe he would have been perfectly justified in body slamming her to the ground. At the risk of repeating myself, his conduct as demonstrated in the video was absolutely appropriate, even restrained.

Asinine.
Let me ask you something. Why do fucking kids nowadays challenge the police? If a cop tells you to do something, you fucking do it, end of story. He has the authority and the gun. If you feel you are being wronged in some way, you hire a lawyer and dispute his claim. Wiggling around like a freshly hooked worm screaming,"Officer, I ain't' done nothing!!" carries little weight with a guy who's just trying to get home alive one more night. Such foolish bullshit. Fucking petty self indulgent quasi-Anarchists.

She was resisting arrest and assaulted an officer, he went easy on her. I would have used the taser and took that bitch to the ground with my knee firmly on her back.

The fact that it simply started as a curfew violation is pointless. All she had to do was comply with his orders and accept the ticket/go to the station (What ever the law requires). Period.

It was her fault that it escalated into physical interaction and eventually a non-lethal weapon.

I gotta disagree here.
Granted, hanging noose's in the "White Tree" was tasteless and insulting, as tasteless and insulting as it is to report that there is a white tree in the first place however, the kid who is being held in custody has previous convictions of the very same charge of battery.

Clearly my lifelong conception of "tasteless" lacks a proper contemporary update.
