Although I can appreciate the qualities of a single malt, a fine wine, or a hand-crafted beer as much as anyone, I find that my booze stockpile at home is driven by budgetary considerations. So for this cheap bastard, it's Budweiser, Carlo Rossi and Svedka. I do try to keep a bottle of 'anejo' tequila on hand for special occasions, though. Just this past weekend, Don Julio and I made a trip south of the border...
