But, the reason he started "wailing his arms and pulling away from the officers who were trying to escort this pin head out of the auditorium" was because the officer on his right side was twisting his arm backwards, trying to cause pain. A little punishment doled out by the officer. That, my friend, is outside of the bounds of the job. Street justice is illegal, badge or no badge. It takes a confident man with a ton of patience to be able to do the job CORRECTLY, but it is not an officer's right to punish. Ever.
That escalated it the situation. Instead of throwing the guy out and that being that, they had to tackle him and put the taser to his chest right over his heart.
