Just be careful how you approach the weekend. If you don't get yourself too hung-up on the "romantic," the worst case is you get a good roll-in-the-hay and a great weekend in Chicago. A girl could do a whole lot worse. And on the up-side you could be inviting all of us to a June wedding. Relax and Enjoy yourself. And let us know how it turns out.

You're right about asking this kind of question on here, but I guess I do because you are all guys, and most of my guy friends like me, but they know about him, but still, I feel more comfortable asking a wide range of different guys lol I dunno.
Anyway...I think it was good that he realized what he had missed, and now he's treating me better, so I'm willing to give him another chance. I've always liked him, he knows it, so I'm guessing he wants to this another try.
All in all, I'm excited to see him and be in Chicago for the first time, that will be a memory in itself
And of course I'd invite you all to the wedding

If this trip is more effort for you than him and/or it's more expensive for you than him, you're being played -- plain and simple. That doesn't mean you can't go along and have a good time, but don't waste your energy trying to make more of it than it is.

true...but we're splitting it down the middle..it was my choice to stay in the more expensive hotel downtown, so if anything I'm willing to pay that and it was my choice to fly instead of drive, so it's gonna be a lil more expensive for me because that's me, I'd rather spend the extra money to make sure I'm safe. And I see it as a lil vacation that is much needed, just to get away from everything, and I'll be able to spend the whole day early morning til he gets there at about 6pm, so it will be nice for me to be by myself too.

Will there be an "Ignore This Thread" button anytime soon under this new format?

no..you just use your own ignore tools (your brain) instead...but I'm assuming it wasn't so bad since you took the time to read it.

I skip over all the parts except the ones where you're naked.
