Not out of the woods yet..........today entering in to a 2 to 3 day rejection window. After this should be stabling out. Moprphine gone as of yesterday morning and very painful this morning. Still got drainage hooked up from bladder with 2 more drainage tubes coming out of each my sides to drain excess blood from the cut and the position they placed the new kidney. Potassium and Calcium slowly coming under control as ell as blood sugar. Intraveneous drip of fluids has stopped and now intaking and passing appx. 3 liters of fluids a day. Creatinine & Urea (impurities in my blood) are near perfect, Creatinine down to 0.99 which is excellent for a person with 1 kidney.

Thanks again for all the well wishes and kind words.

The latest......

I am out of the hospital as of this past Monday, still going for blood tests today and next Monday as well having ultrasounds each day as well. Also get the stent taken out today that he put in between the new kidney and the bladder (that should give me a thrill from the inside as he pulls it out through Mr. Happy). Overall still have some pains coming and going as the new kidney and my body are still getting to know each other. On a very strict regiment of anti rejection drugs and the steroids are making me eat more than I normally would. Getting out doing some shopping for what I cannot find in Jakarta and if all goes well should get the clearance to go back to the Land of Miilk & Honey on Monday and already have a seat booked for Tuesday.

OK girls, there was 1 thing I left out above but considering the 24/7 irritation I am experiencing I do not know how I did not post it earlier.

Before the operation they put me under then shaved my frontal regions extensively, basically from my stomach to below my sac of stones and I mean everything.

Now I have these new sprouts coming out on the inside of my legs and they are coming out like porcupine bristles and rubbing against the sac of stones when I move, walking sitting and shifting, anything. Anybody got a solution?

I do realise that Drew and Pretty boy are fans of the clean look but please do not suggest I shave it.
