During a televised speech from the Oval Office, President George HW Bush holds up a bag of crack cocaine purchased across the street at Lafayette Park. Three weeks later, a DEA official admits to The Washington Post that crack dealers don't actually hang out in Lafayette Park, so they purposely lured one to the spot. "We had to manipulate him to get him down there. It wasn't easy." Reportedly, the seller's first question was: "Where the fuck is the White House?".
After the press conference, President Bush reportedly handed the crack cocaine over to his elder son for "further examination".

no drug dealer is fool enough to arrive on your predetermined location or even disclose themselves. They keep the dealing strictly on phone and deliveres are made by middle man..often using legal methods like UPS, fedex etc etc. The contraband is hidden under some perishable food stock like cakes, choclates and such.

Location: No one has a finer command of language than the person who keeps his mouth shut.
