Are you fucking stupid? You believe that an 'accident' absolves any feelings of embarrassment? There is definitely incompetence involved somewhere down the line, not necessarly with the pilot, but in some element of command or training. ANY incident of 'friendly fire' is one too many.
As an analogy for your pea-brain, if one member of an F1 team takes out his partner during a race, you don't think he would feel embarrassed? Does that mean he's not a skilled F1 driver?
Furthermore, in previous cases like this, your government and military has gone out of its way to obstruct disclosure of the circumstances involved, adding to the grief of the families concerned.
You seem to reflect this cavalier attitude towards loss of life on any side of conflict.
