Well after sitting on hold for 25 minutes the nice man at Comcast told me to turn the tv to channel three and voila!
This is pretty amazing. 999 channels. Haven't found the midget porn channel yet. Will report back later.

Sorry, but if I had known you were using an RCA XL-100 set from the mid 1970's I could have told you, turn it to channel 3 or 4, whichever is not used in your area by regular tv airwaves.

If you get midget porn, you might even get some Champ Car races.

Then why not input through a higher quality signal port? Like S-video, composite or digital, depending on your tv? In that case you just select the input port on the tv and you are all set. This channel 3 shit coming in a coax connection in the back is like an old VCR hook up. Jim

That's only snow if you are a creationist. To the enlightened world it's the remnant radiation from the Big Bang, which actually makes it pretty cool and definitely not hot.

And BTW, hippy barfday. Had you been in Britain, you might have received a card from me and BitchR may well have received a note from The Queen.

Sweet! Even a bluegrass channel that is on as I type. Question. Sound is being pumped through Bose Acoustimax 6 speakers and a middle of the road Sony receiver. The audio only channels sound crystal clear like cd quality whereas the video channels are not as perfect. Different signals?

This is another item dependent on the signal path from the cable line coming in, to the various components in the system. The gadget should have come with a manual to show how to get the highest quality audio and video with your particular components. Jim
