Saudi Arabia launches new crime code

Subject : Saudi Arabia launches new crime code
This one is even stricter than one already in place. To some people the punishment of death and amputation may be too severe for some smaller crimes but i say the fear of such punishment is quite successful to deter crimes itself. A crime deterred is better than criminal punished.

These are exactly the rules and laws we need in the United States. Actually the criminals here have more rights than the victims. This makes the USA more barbaric.

A society needs to take a firm "zero tolerance" for certain crimes. That means that action will result in death or lifetime lockup. Any lesser penalty for such crimes means that you aren't really serious about zero tolerance. The USA and other liberal societies tolerate serious crimes by giving the perpertrators too much of an opportunity to commit the crimes over and over.
