drewprof - What are you trying to achieve taking this? Big gains or just trying it for fun? Do not just take this stuff and sit on your ass, be sure to take it 45min-60 minutes before working out for a pre-workout snack.
I use to be into all this stuff and I saw the biggest gains in strength taking NO2, my bench went from 405 to 425 in about 2 1/2 weeks.. I tried the creatine and didn't really see much gains in strength, but in weight.
As 94Wagenmeister basically said, be careful taking these types of supplements.
