7 week progress of gym....almost 2 months now

Here is my progress after 7 weeks in the gym....I can't believe how fast I am growing since I joined the gym. I have yet to miss a day that I was supposed to be at the gym which means I am very committed. I might not look that big yet but then again, how big can I get after just 7 weeks?????

One thing that I will mention: I hit up the Jersey shore every single weekend and lots of girls give me the looks....especially the MILFS but I could careless for the old hoes.

It is amazing how out of shape 90% of the people tend to be at the beach....

I started at 142 or something to that effect and now I'm at 155 with 9.5% body fat (had it measured last week so it might be lower).

Supplements:
Protein Drink (1 gram per 1 pound of body mass)
Gaspari Sizeon
Gaspari Superpump
Any food that I see

Check out the arm:

7 weeks ago when I first started:

That's what it takes to get the initial discipline and understand what's needed to bulk up properly. Eventually you will have to have a gym at home if you get into body building in any serious fashion. It's a lot of fun!
Last week I invited Miss (some state which I am not going to mention for privacy purposes) for my birthday and we worked out together. She is one tough lady

It's to what we Brits used to subject certain undesirables for being Papist a few years back. Start off at 5'8" and finish at about 6'0". I guess it would smart a bit, but for you there is an alternative:

Yeah, your initial push was what made me join the gym. I was getting lots of girls when I was skinny so I did not see a need to work out.

The crazy thing is that the gym is so damn addictive. I have no idea what it is about it but I get pretty excited stepping inside a gym and begin my workout. My regiment goes as follows: 3 days on and two off....3 days on and two off....etc

Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Back and Biceps
Day 3: Legs and Shoulders
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Rest
.....begin all over again.

I don't know what is so addictive about the gym though....it might be the feeling of "invincibleness" walking out of the gym or the compliments from friends and strangers. I can't wait to see what I look like after a year of working out as my goal is to be exactly 165 lbs of solid muscle.

PS. I do not plan on becoming a professional body builder as you have mentioned in your post. I just want to look healthy (not too big nor too small)

^^^^

"invincibleness"

You might want to try invincibility, and go easy on the steroids.
