Thanks for pointing that out but they are already done and yes I paint between sets just like I have finished skim coating one plaster wall today while doing some deadlifts

I just spent a half hour trying to get some stray kitten out of my garage. It kept climbing up behind the wheel on the benz. Wrapped around the exhaust. I was wondering where all these cat paw prints on the hood were coming from.

When in Rome...

Went for a 10 mile bike ride today. Not easy at 7k ft with countless steep hills. Feel great, between the bike rides and the weights I am losing the last of those intolerable love handles. Now if I can just make myself mind the diet...

Fantastic, just remember that a pound of weight is worth 3500 calories so adjust your calories intake at the rate of loss you want to achieve. For example, if you want to lose one pound a week make sure that you consume 3500 calories less from your total weekly intake but remember to never dip below 1200 calories per days.

DR: thanks for noticing

A pound of fat is nearer to 3500 calories isn't it?

Does anybody know what type of vitamin or supplement should be taken to keep joints healthy? I have no issues as of yet but the constant gym will probably start to wear out my cartilage.
