To my knowledge, every American soldier who has been accused of abusing or murdering civilian noncombatants in Iraq has faced a court martial. If you have additional evidence there's a JAG who'd love to talk to you.

The biggest problems we are facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power into the executive branch and not go through Congress at all and that’s what I intend to reverse.

Thanks for your opinion. What about the civilian "leadership"?

Since you have never been in the military, and never had to face combat, you couldn't possibly have an idea of what a soldier has to go through. These comments are typical of what any soldier would say from Thermopylae to Baghdad, and it doesn't matter which side he might be on either.
It's interesting that they use the word quagmire, it's the same way they described the Vietnam War. It seems the media want use to lose this one as well, and for the same reasons.

Have I ever disclosed if I have served or not?

Yes, as a matter of fact you have. You stated that you were never in the military, but you "served" never the less. When pressed you never came up with any reasonable answer. That close enough for you?
