So you're not going to suffer any long term effects? How did he get in your house? Those things are fairly sizeable, aren't they?

Dig made me think how close I came to losing my only source for cheap belts and tranny filter kits.

Bark scorpions are small and very delicate, leaving venom as their only effective weapon. Larger scorpions with big thick claws, OTOH, save their sting as a last line of defense. As a general rule, the bigger and scarier-looking the scorpion, the less dangerous it is. These guys can flatten out to the size of a credit card, and find their way into my house regularly, I've caught at least 20 of them in my house in the three years I've been here. Most fatalities are infants, stung in the crib, but there have been no fatalities since the 1960's when some scientists at ASU developed an anti-venom.

That dude's got at least 75--100 lbs on me. I highly suspect he was a Rainier beer or Schlitz drinker. In that case, flatulence could be a lethal problem.
