Possible. The one I saw wasn't in 'concours' condition, but it was a later-model Cord-Duesenberg, with the badge under the hood that listed it's location of manufacture as Broken Arrow, OK (indistinguishable suburb of Tulsa). It looked like a pretty remarkable piece of machinery, especially given it's relatively young age. The rear end went on for a mile, with a decidedly aerodynamic, almost F-1 like shape.

When I told my son that the front fenders started off as a piece of flat metal, and were rolled & bent by hand to their immense, curving shape, his jaw dropped.

The Cord 812 has no resale value when compared to a Dues. None of them have ever gotten close to 1 nillion. The one pictured is probably worth around $200k if it is indeed a #1 car with a substantiated provenance.
The 812 was roundly criticized at the time for being ugly, and for trying to put on airs of being a really special car like hand built Bugatti or Delahaye. Alas, the Cord was far more reliable than the exotics and as we all know reliable cars are never, ever collectible. People only crave unreliable shit for collector cars. Ferrari anyone?

My next door neighbor has a Cord convertible. She claims to have some wicked over-powered V8 under the hood. Looks a lot like this:

The one I saw was listed as having a 460ci monster under the hood, too. I remember being blown away by how big, and advanced, the motor was...I think the one I saw was either a 40's or 50's vintage, but I don't know if they made them that long.
