Sir Norman.....yes, innovative designer - those 2 examples reflect more of technology than design but no doubt a symbol of Architecture! Yes, vibrant and exciting in their own respect! wow, wow!

Before I got married I used to like sleek modern architecture. My pad was a very good example of minimalism and empty space. I had abstract paintings and some really naughty pictures peppered around in a whimsical manner as to create a relaxed aura for girls to automatically undress once in my cave.
My little brother now inherited the condo from me and turned it into an S&M palace. I guess that’s what surgeons like to do to practice their craft.
Now I live in a Victorian that’s a perpetual construction site because my wife can’t make up her mind which wall should be where and why in the hell do I want a bidet in the bathroom (la salle de bain)?

Wright was a hack, an embarresment to Chicago with his over-the-top boisterous designs. We prefer something more sedate, something more in keeping with our modest lifestyle. Like the new library for example.
