Well I have been at the gym for exactly three weeks now and this is what I look like. I know, it's not much but I'll get there in the next few months. I started at 142lbs and now I'm 146. My goal is to reach about 155 or so...
Quick question: Am I allowed to work out 6 days a week?
Here is my routine:
Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Shoulders and Back
Wednesday: Biceps and Legs
Thursday: Chest and Triceps
Friday: Shoulders and Back
Saturday: Biceps and Legs
Aside from the gym I play tennis 3-5 days a week which is how I get my cardio done.
I TOOK ABOUT 50 PICS OF MYSELF TO RECORD PROGRESS. I WAS IN NO WAY TRYING TO POSE FOR THE PICS, HENCE MY FACIAL EXPRESSIONS.
