That is why you don't eat pork raw... But still sick considering those dead worms are still in the pork when it's cooked - or the eggs are.

Actually, traditional Hackepeter (German steak tartare) is made from ground raw pork as its core ingredient. Pork nowadays is far cleaner than in the past. The chance of Trichinosis poisoning is there, but be far more concerned with chicken as Salmonella bacteria is almost a given in 90 percent of carcasses.

With an egg yolk, pepper, salt, paprika, and smetimes onion. Haven't eaten this in many years, but I used to.

The best I ever had was in some bizarre disco in Warsaw. In the middle of the dance floor, they had several huge busses that were cut in half lengthwise, This was the dining area.Weird.
