Damn GS, if you were female I would think you were submitting your application to bear his first child.
On a serious note, will you work on his campaign, be the head of Ron Paul Campaign headquaters of Arizona?
Sure, what does the job pay? Actually, since Arizona is widely known as the most libertarian-leaning state in the nation, I'm certain that Mr. Paul is well represented here.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — The chairman of the Michigan Republican Party said Wednesday that he will try to bar Ron Paul from future GOP presidential debates because of remarks the Texas congressman made that suggested the Sept. 11 attacks were the fault of U.S. foreign policy.
Michigan party chairman Saul Anuzis said he will circulate a petition among Republican National Committee members to ban Paul from more debates. At a GOP candidates' debate Tuesday night, Paul drew attacks from all sides, most forcefully from former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, when he linked the terror attacks to U.S. bombings.
"Have you ever read about the reasons they attacked us? They attack us because we've been over there. We've been bombing Iraq for 10 years," Paul said.
Anuzis called the comments "off the wall and out of whack."
"I think he would have felt much more comfortable on the stage with the Democrats in what he said last night. And I think that he is a distraction in the Republican primary and he does not represent the base and he does not represent the party," Anuzis said during an RNC state leadership meeting.
"Given what he said last night it was just so off the wall and out of whack that I think it was more detrimental than helpful."
Anuzis said his petition would go to debate sponsors and broadcasters to discourage inviting Paul.
Jesse Benton, Paul's campaign spokesman, said the candidate "is supporting the traditional GOP foreign policy. I think it's a shame when people try to silence the traditional conservative Republican standpoint."
After the debate Tuesday, Paul said he didn't' expect his remarks to end his campaign.
"The last time I got a message out about my position on the war it boosted us up by tens of thousands and I didn't change my position," Paul said. "I think the American people are sick and tired of this war and want it ended."

Very true, either way though it seems by their actions or lack thereof they must feel that they both have something to lose if he gains the backing of the country. I have liked alot of what he has had to say and it is very frustrating that no one is giving credit where its due. How do you think we can effect/affect the local/national media to hear, which Im sure is, many of us?
However I do disagree with what he said about the 9/11 attacks(I dont believe it had anything to do with us bombing Iraq, more to do with just killing us "infidles" among other of their "valid" reasons) although that being said the current and previous administrations know little about the middle east.

If the media ignores him, all I see is a grassroots movement that utilizes the Internet as it's main vehicle. If such a movement were successful enough to place him in a position to win one or more of the early primaries, I don't see how the media could continue to ignore him. It will take something just short of a miracle.
On another note, this paints a very clear picture of just how corrupt our media has become. Anyone who doubts that the U.S. corporate media as a whole places its own political agenda well above those it bears a responsibility toward, should see this as a dose of reality in the form of a good swift kick in the face.

If we weren't playing in their backyard, they wouldn't care any more about us than we do about them. We have a long and sordid history of interfering with foreign governments and cultures. It has, with damned few exceptions, always come back to kick us in the ass -- hard. All you have to do is study the origins of Al Qaeda and Bin Laden to understand their motivations. It has never been a secret. Is that a suggestion that we somehow invited the attack? Absolutely not. It is a suggestion that our foreign policy in the region has been and continues to be provocative.

Do yourself a favor and read the 9/11 commision's report, if not take history lessons in middle east politics. Then you will apparently know more than our fearful leaders.

Interesting side note: New Hampshire is the second most libertarian state. My hope is that Mr. Paul does not give up, as he is so in tune with the conservatives of that state it is pathetic. I think he can win that primary. If he does, the whole race will turn upside down and the Republican Party will split in half.

The ultra right wing religious whackos are still in firm control of the Republican party and will somp out any threat to the status quo there. No surprise there.
This guy seems to be a voice of reason and moderation. Refreshing.
Seems to be alot more appealing than Hillary, for starters. It's like the lst lap of the Indy 500 at this point, though. Too early to see what will happen

I can honestly say there is no media coverage of Mr. Paul in this town, from the "left wing" Washington Post to the "right wing" radio talk shows of Limbaugh, Hannity and Levin. Or anything in between. Kind of sad, actually. The little I read about the debate had a serious notion that Guiliani slam dunked the guy after he said something stupid.
