I drive 10 months a year in Phoenix, 1 month in LA and 1 month in Chicago [where I am from].
LA is much worse than the other 2.
Phoenix suffers from 85mph and 55mph drivers sharing the same roads with the 55mph drivers typically stuffing the passing lane, which are 65mph even in the city.
Chicago gets a bad rap in my opinion. Chicagoans don't rubberneck accidents like others. They all tend to drive 75-80 in 55mph zones. The only rage in Chicago is directed at IDOT. Remember there are only 2 seasons in Chicago, winter and construction.
That is not even the slightest bit exaggerated.
